PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Initial building for Dewayne Zinkin  Law Offices and lease a space at River Park in Fresno CA  of a planned 1 million square foot office complex.

Using 18 x 18 Emerald Pearl Granite at stairs, and floor accents with Noce Travertine 18 x 18 filed tiles and Avorio Cream accents. 1/8” grout joints. Also incorporating Absolute Black Granite at walls and floor accents.

Custom / waterjet / cut accent squares.

Approximately 12000 sq. ft.of tile. Special order tile from Brazil and custom cut.

Mortar beds at all the floor tile.
