PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Phase II of Weber BMW  completed in 2008. Phase I completed in 2005. The owner specifically requested Tidrick Tile to do the installation. This was a negotiated job with the Contractor and the Owner for Phase I and II.

In phase two there is approximately 15000 square feet of Impala Black 12 x 12 granite tile. Thinset over Dal T/S Seal anti-fracture membrane over a concrete slab for the showroom floor. 3000 square feet Polished porcelain tiles were incorporated into the floor for design. Also polished and unpolished porcelain was used for the bathrooms floors and walls. There is an suspended 2^nd floor which is unique with  two radius staircases leading up to the 2^nd floor.

In phase one, the quantities and design were pretty much the same.

It’s a privilege to be selected by the owner to do the work on the first phase and be expected to do the 2^nd phase for the owner also. Tidrick Tile is truly blessed with such a good reputation.
